*Partners start on side of gym with kids room. Partner 1 sprints to box jump station, finishes reps, sprints back and tags partner, who then sprints to box jump station, finishes reps, sprints back and tags 1st partner. Then after both have done box jumps, 1st partner sprints to Goblet Sq station and so on… This will continue until 5 Rounds are complete
